Solutions & Delivery Lead (Capital Markets)

Project Description:
Senior leadership role supporting the growth and delivery of Capital Markets Solutions in India, with a strong focus on Murex solutioning, client engagement, and delivery governance across key accounts.

Responsibilities:
Lead solutioning and deal shaping for complex Capital Markets opportunities, with a focus on Murex programs.
Own pre‑deal solution definition, including scope boundaries, effort estimation, assumptions, trade‑offs, and client articulation.
Drive senior client engagement with India‑based stakeholders and support account growth initiatives.
Proactively engage clients to understand business pain points and gaps, and translate them into solution options and transformation roadmaps.
Provide hands‑on delivery leadership on selected engagements and portfolio‑level delivery governance.
Ensure strong alignment between solution design and delivery execution.
