With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the resort’s success where you will be responsible in managing all the wine revenue of Casea 101 restaurant. Drives wine and beverage sales through expert recommendations and guest engagement, while leading the team and delivering seamless service to high-profile guests.

Suitable candidate should have a minimum of 2-year experience in the same in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment capacity and has worked in a restaurant with strong wine knowledge.
