Position Overview
Atlantis The Royal is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier to join the award-winning team at La Mar. The role requires an expert in wine service who can provide professional recommendations, manage the restaurant's wine program, and deliver an extraordinary guest experience. Working closely with the Assistant General Manager and culinary team, the Sommelier will ensure wine selections complement the restaurant's authentic menu, maintaining the high standards of Atlantis Dubai's luxury dining reputation.
