Sommelier Responsibilities:

• Curate and maintain an exceptional wine program aligned with the CÉ LA VI brand and dining experience.
• Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to guests, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of wines, champagnes, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Support the service team with wine training and product knowledge to enhance overall guest engagement.
• Manage wine inventory, stock rotation, cellar organisation, and ordering processes.
