Sort Control Business Analyst (P3)

**Position Summary:**

Sort Control Business Analyst – Collaborate with Sort Operations, Sort Maintenance and IT to optimize package sorting systems to increase productivity.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Monitor automated sorting systems to identify sorting issues
+ Clear understanding of the DHL CVG Hub to address auto-sort issues via radio in a timely manner
+ Preform pre-sort checks nightly to ensure all sorting systems are ready prior to the sort operation
+ Ability to analyze data to troubleshoot/mitigate impacts to sort operations
+ Understanding of SATS, HMI and Mash zone dashboard

**Minimum** **Qualifications:**

Education:

+ College degree or Equivalent operations experience

Experience:

· Strong understanding of operations, great verbal and written documentation
