Sourcing Manager, Indirect Procurement

Your role

Sourcing Manager primarily for CAPEX projects (Construction & Manufacturing/Process Equipment) within the Indirect Procurement team. The job owner will develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies for capital investments, with a primary focus on construction as well as Pharma manufacturing and process equipment, including Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing. As Sourcing Manager, you will conduct end‑to‑end project sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholder needs.

The position is permanent and it is based in Espoo or Turku with a hybrid work model.
