Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Sourcing Manager focused on Robotics & Automation to support a leading technology client in Fremont, California, working 3 days per week onsite for an 8 month contract. This is a hands-on, execution-focused sourcing role working directly with engineering and product teams to source, negotiate, and fully draft contracts related to automation and robotics initiatives within data center and infrastructure environments. The role requires someone who can get deep into the details, own negotiations end to end, and build strong relationships with startups and emerging technology vendors.

Day to day, this person will lead sourcing efforts for automation and robotics projects, including solutions that automate labor‑intensive processes (such as rack logistics, robotics, or drone-based systems).
