Sourcing Specialist

Job Description:

• This position is responsible for managing the RFQ (request for quotation) process as well as new vendor set up and PPV (published price variance)/Re-quote claims.                                              Duties and Responsibilities:   Manage quarterly RFQ process for the site with both domestic and oversea suppliers.


• Drive for cost saving and MOQ (minimum order quantity)/MP Q (minimum package quantity) and Lead Time optimization.
• Validate/document all RFQ information from suppliers, complete quotation reports and submit all pricing for customer's approval timely.
• Set up new vendors by working with the Legal and Finance departments.
