Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for candidates from the machinery industry with:

• Machinery procurement experience
• Spare parts handling experience
• Engineering background/experience
• Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

• Execution of sourcing projects including full end to end management (scope discussion and clarification, sourcing execution, contract management and reporting)
• Support operations across the Indonesia
• RFXs preparation and execution including eSourcing solutions
• Negotiations, contract terms discussion, savings documentation and reporting
• Ensure full compliance with global defined documents
• Delivery on key procurement SLA/KPI: savings, payment terms negotiation, delivery terms and others
• Alert on hurdles time delays & supplier issues in managed market /...
