You’ll help craft exceptional dishes using the freshest ingredients, support the Head Chef in daily operations, and play a key role in leading a high-performing kitchen.   • Support the Head Chef with menu planning, food prep, and smooth kitchen operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
  • Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Take charge in the Head Chef’s absence
