Opening in 2026, Trudie’s Tavern is the next project for RAD Restaurants. Following the success of GERTIE (est. 2019) and gertrude’s (est. 2024), Trudie’s Tavern represents our commitment to creating neighborhood-centered spaces where Brooklyn comes to gather and hang out .
As Sous Chef, you will partner closely with the Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary operations, manage the Back of House team, and champion RAD’s company culture. We are looking for a focused, collaborative professional with a growth mindset who leads by example, balances technical excellence with mentorship, and is committed to earning the trust and respect of the team.
