The Role We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in the day-to-day running of our busy main kitchen and Sports Bar operation. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong kitchen management experience, high standards, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
