Sous Chef - HMS Collingwood

Salary: £31,600 per annum

Shift pattern: 5 out of 7 between 6am and 8pm

We’re searching for an ambitious Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll help craft exceptional dishes using the freshest ingredients, support the Head Chef in daily operations, and play a key role in leading a high-performing kitchen. What You’ll Do

  • Support the Head Chef with menu planning, food prep, and smooth kitchen operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
  • Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Take charge in the Head Chef’s absence
