About the Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join the culinary leadership team at one of Charlotte's premier fine dining steakhouses. This role is ideal for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a high-volume, chef-driven environment and is committed to delivering exceptional food quality, consistency, and guest experiences.

The Sous Chef partners with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, lead and develop the culinary team, maintain the highest food quality standards, and ensure efficient execution during service. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.
