Sous Chef - Levantine Cuisine

Kerzner International is looking for a Sous Chef specializing in Levantine cuisine to join the culinary team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.

As a Sous Chef, you will report directly to the Chef de Cuisine and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintaining consistent quality, and upholding One&Only dining standards.

• Oversee day‑to‑day kitchen operations and staff.
• Ensure continuous quality and presentation standards of dishes.
