Job Description Job Description The Joint Sushi & Tapas is looking for an exceptional Sous Chef and experienced Line Cook to join our team in Ocean Beach.

We are not just a sushi restaurant. Our kitchen features sushi, seafood, steaks, tapas, seasonal specials, house-made sauces, and chef-driven dishes. We are committed to sourcing the best ingredients possible for our guests, including seafood delivered six days a week from Southern California's top Japanese fish supplier and premium produce sourced through Specialty Produce.

We are looking for culinary professionals who take pride in their craft, care about quality, and want to be part of a kitchen that values creativity, consistency, teamwork, and hospitality.

Sous Chef Responsibilities

Assist in leading daily kitchen operations
