- Contract duration: May 3 to October 17
- On-site housing & meals available at Maligne Lake as a taxable benefit
- Salary dependent on experience
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead supervision of all food preparation, coordinating work of cooks and dishwashers
- Supervise training and cross‑training of kitchen personnel
- Research, recommend and implement new food prep policies and procedures
- Report maintenance and repair needs to Executive Chef
- Supervise, expedite and participate in food preparation to meet standards of quality, quantity, taste and presentation
- Check food for taste, temperature and visual appeal
- Supervise presentation and return of food
