Location : Manhattan (Seaport District)
Compensation : $70,000–$85,000/year (based on experience) | Full-Time | PM & Weekend Availability Required
Experience Required : 2–3 years in a Sous Chef role
The Paris Cafe in the Seaport District is building a strong, tight-knit kitchen team. We’re looking for a Sous Chef comfortable leading from the line and helping to drive focused, professional service. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and room to grow.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years in a high-volume kitchen, with some leadership experience
- Confident across grill, sauté, oven, and garde manger
