Become a key culinary figure as a Sous Chef at Beach Grove Golf & Country Club in Windsor, Ontario. This full-time position emphasizes food quality and guest satisfaction in a vibrant kitchen environment.
In this role, you will prepare a range of cuisines for various events while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, you’ll innovate menus, handle food ordering, and oversee kitchen operations. Your leadership will be vital to training and motivating staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present a variety of cuisines for dining outlets
• Supervise and engage in food prep across service areas
• Collaborate on innovative menu development
• Manage ordering and inventory for kitchen operations
• Train kitchen staff to enhance performance
Requirements:
• Culinary Education Trade Papers or Red Seal required
• 3 years of relevant Sous Chef experience
