TRS Personnel are recruiting for a well established Shrewsbury venue who are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their kitchen leadership team. This is a great fit for a chef who’s committed, motivated and ready to take the next step in their career.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly day to day. The venue hosts a wide range of events, from weddings and celebrations to private dining and large banqueting functions, so you’ll need to be confident working at pace while maintaining excellent standards.
You’ll take a hands on role in service, support the team during major events, and step up to lead the kitchen when required. Creativity, organisation and a calm approach will be key to your success.
