Key Responsibilities Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste Support inventory management and food cost control Supervise junior kitchen staff and maintain workflow efficiency Maintain hygiene and food safety standards Requirements Experience in Japanese cuisine (sushi, sashimi, and hot kitchen) Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and cost control Good teamwork and communication skills
