Bosc is a new fine-casual, farm-to-table restaurant opening in South Tampa. Our mission is to highlight the best of Florida’s seasonal ingredients through soulful cooking and refined technique. We’re building a scratch kitchen rooted in hospitality, integrity, and culinary excellence — and we’re looking for a strong Sous Chef to help lead the way.
What You'll Do:
Support the Executive Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Lead line during service, manage prep, and uphold plating standards
- Coach and train team members with a lead-by-example mentality
