Position Summary We are currently seeking a detail‐obsessed Pastry Sous Chef to lead an amazing team and manage the daily operations of a high‐volume, fast‐paced scratch kitchen at Hotel Hanalei Bay. Responsibilities Assist in all manner of food prep Supervise line staff Manage inventory Provide on‐the‐spot solutions in a high‐volume kitchen Maintain daily operational excellence in a 24‐hour operation Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of similar experience in pastry or culinary operations Post‐secondary diploma or degree is a plus Advanced knowledge of culinary operations Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in guest and team engagement Excellent verbal and written communication Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24‐hour operation Benefits Compensation: $85,000‐$95,000 annually + incentive bonus.
