Job Summary:
The South Indian Cook is responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes, maintaining food quality, hygiene standards, and ensuring timely meal service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, sambar, chutneys, rice items, and meals
Ensure taste, quality, and consistency of all food items
Plan daily menu in coordination with management
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Monitor stock levels and assist in purchasing raw materials
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and minimize wastage
