- Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, uttapams, and other breakfast items.
- Prepare different varieties of dosas such as Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, Ghee Roast, Rava Dosa, Onion Dosa, Cheese Dosa, Paper Roast, Set Dosa, and speciality dosas.
- Prepare dosa batter and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and fermentation.
- Prepare chutneys, sambar, and other South Indian accompaniments.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking stations.
