Duties

Submit the reports to Head Office in a timely manner. Reports include:

Commission and payroll report by end of Each month Timesheet & Attendance Spa Month End Report with additional system generated back ups Sales Report Stock take, which will be done as part of month end reports Annual summary of services Monthly Revenue Stats Maintenance Report Any incident reports Staff Appraisal reports Ensure that the operation of each spa runs according to company guideline and take full responsibility of the spa, stock, and the staff. Perform the opening and closing procedures Complete all end of day revenue reports, recording all guest invoices, treatments, revenue generating sales in an accurate and correct manner Ensure that all room charges are correctly and promptly charged Drive Staff Development and training Take charge of Maintenance management to ensure required tasks are completed in a timely manner and follow up when tasks are not completed Deliver variety of Spa ser...
