Spa Receptionist

We have a superb opportunity for a Part-Time Spa Receptionist to join
the team. This will require you to work a shift on a Friday and Saturday weekly.

As Spa Receptionist, your duties will include welcoming guests and
members to the spa, making spa bookings, upselling treatments and spa products,
show rounds, cashing up and general day-to-day spa reception duties. As well as light housekeeping duties to maintain the high standards of the spa.

You will
have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence.
Knowledge of Premier Spa reservations systems would be a distinct advantage, although
not essential as full training will be given.
