The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering professional spa treatments and exceptional guest experiences in line with Lodge service standards. The role includes performing a variety of treatments such as massages, facials, body therapies, and wellness services while ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction. The Spa Therapist maintains high standards of hygiene, treatment room presentation, and product knowledge, while actively promoting spa services and retail products. This position contributes to the overall wellness offering of the property by creating a relaxing, rejuvenating, and memorable experience
