Space Audit Senior Manager – Mission Success

**Description:** Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Space Audit team as part of the Mission Success organization. In this role, you will manage a multi‑functional organization engaging program management, and functional groups across business process owners and the technical community. This role drives the planning, execution, and reporting of audits, assessments, and consulting engagements across all Lockheed Martin Space process areas.
You will develop a vision to elevate the team’s integration with the business and evolve the value proposition. This role will then shape audit strategy, develop talent, and partner with senior leadership to identify and mitigate risk, ensuring continued compliance with AS9100 and internal audit policies while advancing operational excellence throughout the Space business area.
