Spanish VIP shippers Specialist
Department: Membership Club
Industry: French Logistics Firm
Schedule: Night Shift
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2 days work from Home)
Qualifications
- Open to Filipino and foreign nationals with a permanent visa in the Philippines
- Proficient in both Spanish and English communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related courses.
- Background in shipping, logistics, freight, or supply chain is an advantage.
- Having customer service experience is a big PLUS.
- Can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Work as Spanish Concierge for the shipments.
- Help customers reschedule the pick up of deliveries.
- Assist Spanish clients if they prefer email, chat or Calls.
