Special Housekeeping Head

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Special Housekeeping Head is responsible for planning, supervising, and managing special housekeeping operations, deep cleaning projects, post-construction cleaning, turnover cleaning, high-level cleaning activities, and other specialized cleaning services across assigned client sites. The position ensures that all housekeeping projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and operational objectives.

The Special Housekeeping Head shall lead and oversee housekeeping supervisors, team leaders, and housekeeping personnel while ensuring quality service delivery, manpower productivity, client satisfaction, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organize, and supervise special housekeeping and deep cleaning projects.

• Manage deployment and scheduling of housekeeping personnel, equipment, and supplies.
