Medipost Pharmacy is seeking to recruit a Special Meds Manager in the Order Processing Department . Join us in transforming the way you manage your pharmacy communications! Primary purpose of the job Ensure all employees understand and apply proper patient care as per GPP (Good Pharmacy Practice) regulations. Provide ongoing training to employees on pharmacy acts, pharmacist code of conduct, and GPP. Engage with pharmacist assistants through clinical enquiries, training, and coaching. Ensure compliance with the POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) regulations. Allocate daily work to employees (Mailbox, Rejections, Actions Diaries, Tracking queries, etc.). Analyze daily BIS reporting. Manage employee’s daily output to ensure SLA adherence. Drive MML and ensure company benchmark standards are met by each individual.
