In this role, you’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings, supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as a trusted companion and mentor, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Support participation in community activities
+ Empower clients to live independently and reach their full potential
+ Assist with personal care (dressing, grooming)
+ Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
+ Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful companionship
**Compensation & Schedule**
+ Pay starting at $17.50–$19....
