Special Needs Education SEN Teachers

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver individualized and small-group lessons tailored to students’ specific learning, behavioral, and developmental needs
Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or equivalent learning plans
Adapt teaching methods, materials, and assessments to accommodate different abilities and learning styles
Monitor, document, and report student progress regularly
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Collaborate with parents, therapists, counselors, and other educators to support student development
Manage classroom behavior using positive and effective strategies
Support students’ social, emotional, and life skills development
Participate in meetings, training, and professional development as required
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English
Degree or certification in Special Education, Education, or a related field
