Special Project Executive (Facilities)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Special Project Executive to join our team! Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor special projects, renovation, and upgrading works
Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure project progress, timelines, quality, and documentation are properly managed
Conduct site inspections and follow up on rectification works
Assist in project planning, reporting, and operational coordination
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, or related field
Candidates with project coordination or site experience will have an added advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage
