Special Resource Provision Teaching Assistant(s) - SRP TA

We are looking to appoint committed, energetic, and enthusiasticpeople to join our team of teaching assistants within the Special Resource Provision and work with our exceptionally inquisitive children.

The post involves working as part of the Inclusion Team to providesupport across the SRP for pupils with SEND, in particularly Autism. Therewill also be occasions when the post holder will work under the direction of a classteacher to support and deliver quality-first teaching.

We are seeking someone who:

• Hasthe drive, determination, and enthusiasm to enhance the learningexperience across the SRP in our school;
• Possessesexcellent organisational and communication skills, and has the ability towork collaboratively with colleagues;
• Hasa commitment to working in partnership alongside parents and the localcommunity.
