HammondCare Daw Park is currently looking for Permanent Part-time Specialised Carers - Dementia Care to join our team.

Up to 60 hours fortnight AM & PM shift

Please note: This position may not be suitable for student visa (500) holders due to rosters available being over 48 hours per fortnight
