Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Order Entry Support for ANZ Projects: enter customer purchase orders, validate order details (pricing, product group, delivery dates), and ensure compliance with ANZ processes by collaborating with the ANZ Sales Team.
- Project Coordination: participate in project management phases including conception, initiation, planning, implementation, execution, and performance.
- Project Close: gather required information per scope of work, process tasks, manage records in Quickbase, Oracle, My Print Central or related tools, send necessary information to internal/external parties (forms, registration, flyers, quotations, bid forms), identify required services, notify all stakeholders of project status, process invoices/payments/orders, maintain updated records, provide reports such as exit reports, certificates, forecasts, and other project delivery support documents.
