Requirements

• Grade 12 plus Master’s degree (NQF Level 9) in Horticulture as recognised by SAQA.
• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience within agricultural extension and research.
• Registration with SACNASP supported by a valid certificate.
• Valid drivers’ license.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Knowledge of Extension Methodology.
• Knowledge of grain production.
• Knowledge of relevant National Acts and Guidelines.
• Training and Facilitation.
• Good report writing skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good research skills.
