Accountabilities
- Execute alumni initiatives to drive early engagement with graduating students and sustain engagement across alumni segments, building affinity and connection with the institution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support alumni in career and academic‑related activities, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of services and initiatives.
- Execute alumni branding, marketing and communications (through online/offline platforms, content marketing, collateral development etc.) for new/on‑going alumni initiatives.
- Support the promotion, onboarding, and usage of the alumni app across alumni segments, while maintaining the accuracy and upkeep of the alumni database.
- Support the development and management of university partnerships and alumni‑related collaborations to enhance engagement and programme delivery.
