About your role:

This roleis responsible forsupporting the capture, structuring, and deployment of Product Development knowledge and capability across themulti-BrandedFootwear & Equipment organization. The Specialist translates technicalexpertiseand best practices into clear, usable SOPs, playbooks, and training content that enable consistency and scalability across teams and regions.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited):

Knowledge Preservation & Management

The Specialist develops, updates, andmaintainsSOPs, process documentation, and playbooks. The role ensures that knowledge assets are structured, accessible, and kept current, reducing dependency on individualexpertiseand supporting organizational continuity.

Capability Development Support
