What you’ll do
- Undertake comprehensive, child-centred assessments that consider safety, wellbeing, and the underlying drivers of behaviour
- Develop and deliver tailored, evidence‑based interventions for tamariki who have engaged in harmful or concerning sexual behaviour
- Work closely with whānau, caregivers, schools, and other professionals to support safe, consistent, and nurturing environments
- Promote accountability, safety, and positive behaviour change while upholding the mana and dignity of each child
