• Friday 21st August 0800-Monday 21st August 0800
• Friday 18th September 0800-Monday 21st September 0800
• Friday 25th September 0800-Monday 28th September 0800
• Friday 23rd October 0800-Monday 26th October 0800 or Tuesday 27th October 0800 (Monday is public holiday)
Week cover: - or part weeks/days
• Monday 6th July 0800-Thursday 9th July 1700: 1 x on call day + theatres – URGENT, 2 x locums needed
• Monday 13th July 0800-Friday 17th July 1700: 1 x on call day + theatres
• Thursday 3rd September 0800-Friday 4th September 1700: theatre sessions
• Monday 7th September 0800-Friday 11th September 1700: 1 x on call day + theatres
• Monday 14th September 0800-Friday 18th September 1700: 1 x on call day + theatres
