What is a Contextual Marketing Specialist?

We are seeking a Contextual Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of contextual marketing and Customer Value Management (CVM) initiatives across digital and legacy channels. This is an entry‑level role focused on campaign execution, audience management, performance tracking, and Martech operations. The individual will work closely with senior team members to deliver personalized, data‑driven customer engagement programs and gain exposure to modern CVM practices, contextual marketing capabilities, and lifecycle management frameworks. The role reports to the Stream Head and collaborates with Digital, Product, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams to support customer growth, engagement, and retention initiatives.
