Opportunity Description
Job Purpose:
Support the design and implementation of performance management process and systems; and in particular in building internal capacity in order to create a performance driven culture and ensure the provision of timely and accurate information on EAD’s performance against set KPIs and targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Support to EAD sectors/offices in target setting and developing and cascading KPIs in order ensure compliance with the established performance management methodology and processes.
- Develop performance scorecards, in consultation with various sector/office and divisions, to ensure overall organizational adherence to set performance standards.
- Monitor and track performance against set targets and KPIs through collecting and analysing data on a regular basis, in order to report variances and recommend appropriate resolution plans to the sectors/offices.
