Specialist Engineer - Reactor Structures

Overview We are currently seeking a Specialist Engineer who specializes in the design of CANDU Reactor Structures (i.e., pressure vessel, calandria vessel, end shields, reactor supports, etc.), providing strategic technical leadership, defining engineering approaches, and serving as a primary technical interface with organizations inside and outside the company on complex, large‑scale refurbishment and new build nuclear projects.

Your role

Acts as a recognized technical leader in the design of CANDU reactor components, systems, and structures across complex projects.

Is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert for CANDU Reactor Structures and maintains effective technical liaison with internal and external organizations.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring of junior, intermediate and senior engineers, influencing and aligning engineering practice across projects.
