Monitors day-to-day marine activities, provides operational support, and resolves issues related to fleet and asset monitoring.

• Oversee monitoring of day‑to‑day vessel and asset performance, ensuring adherence to procedures and optimal fleet performance.
• Provide real‑time monitoring support for vessels on voyage using available tools.
• Engage with business units to achieve safe and economical voyages and monitor and manage alerts and notifications as per defined SoPs.
• Collaborate with ship or vessel crew to resolve operational issues related to routing, docking, and maintenance, using data‑driven insights.
• Offer recommendations to improve vessel performance, fuel efficiency, and operational processes based on IoT sensor data.
