**Job Description Summary** **：**
+ In this role you will be responsible for Converse Douyin business, including content planning, kol livestreaming, store operation, campaign execution, and operational optimization.
+ The role partners closely with internal teams (Merch, Marketing, Planning, CS) and external agencies to drive sustainable GMV growth and operational excellence.

**Douyin Daily Operation & Performance Management**
+ Own Douyin store daily operation; Monitor and drive GMV, traffic, conversion, and content efficiency, identifying risks and opportunities.
+ Conduct daily / weekly performance review, and follow‑up improvement actions.
**Content & Live** **‑** **Streaming Operations**
+ Manage short‑video operation: content calendar, posting strategy, asset review, and performance recap.
+ Partner with DP agencies to ensure brand and performance alignment.
