Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients via CRM, social media, and referrals; issue product samples per approval protocols.
Conduct high-volume outreach and product presentations; manage inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Build strong relationships with customers and distributors; provide timely follow-ups on offers and services.
Achieve sales targets; track key metrics and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with marketing on lead generation and support handovers with external sales reps.
Handle quotations, SAP order entries, CRM updates, and general office administration.
Support company events and ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
