About the Role
Process new business, renewals, and change request from group policy holder as per stipulated benchmark and requirements.1) Core Responsibilities
To process member enrolment for all customized policies.
This includes member enrolment, termination and change with quality checking.
To handle email correspondence between HK processing team and client within stipulated timeline to maintain client management.
Ensure meeting personal quality, productivity, turnaround time, and attendance benchmark.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
